The staff in this position perform department administrative duties, procedural tasks, and responsibilities as trained, qualified, and needed. This position requires the most highly professional manner in handling client contacts, information, documents, and other administrative functions to ensure internal staff and auditing clients' needs are met.[ ]{times= new= roman ;= color:= rgba(0,= 0,= 1) = }[Duties/Responsibilities:]{calibri= light ;= letter-spacing:= 1.05pt;= color:= rgba(0,= 0,= 1) = }Documents, updates, and maintain status of all audits.Tracks all contracts, prepares for Auditor/entity throughout Audit period. Adds all new clients to Time Entry.Assists team with their various duties as needed due to absence or scheduling requirements.Completes audit completion packets for preparation of billing.Preforms billing functions for the department.Performs audit related tasks such preparing and tracking extensions MOA's (Modification of Audit), completing audit submissions, etc.Assists with state contracts.Prepares and updates library of findings upon completion of audit reports.Maintains department calendar and schedules of auditing staff, schedules clients and meetings as needed.
