Job Overview - Assurance Manager - 33130
As an Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Assurance team, reporting directly to Partners, Directors, and Senior Managers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of Associates and Senior Associates, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they have opportunities for development and training.
* Client Relationship Management: Oversee multiple client relationships and engagements, serving as the main point of contact.
* Technical Expertise: Analyze and research complex accounting and auditing issues, and develop practical, effective solutions.
* Team Leadership: Lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of Associates and Senior Associates, ensuring their professional growth and service excellence.
* Community Engagement: Participate actively in professional and community events, representing the firm and building its presence.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
* 5 years of experience in Public Accounting
* CPA
