ATHLETIC DIRECTOR or ATHLETIC DIRECTOR / HEAD FOOTBALL COACH

NBCA is looking for an Athletic Director (and possibly Head Football Coach, pending candidate qualifications) who prioritizes the following three qualities:

• Discipleship - a genuine desire to help students grow in their passion for chasing after the Lord
• Organization - highly organized with systems and processes
• Programmatic Excellence - an executable vision for excellence in all sports and across the entire program

NBCA competes in TAPPS (Texas Association of Private & Parochial Schools) 4A and offers the following sports: football, volleyball, cross country, basketball, baseball, softball, soccer, tennis, golf, and track & field. Sports are offered at the middle school and high school levels. At the middle school level, NBCA competes within ISAL (Independent Sports Athletic League). The Athletic Director is responsible for all athletic programs within the school with additional support provided where necessary. Please note that this position requires a bachelor's (or more advanced) degree and a teaching certification from Association of Christian Schools International or state agency.
