Purpose within the Organization:The purpose of this position is to provide support to the athletic operations department.
Responsibilities Related to Purpose:- Provide administrative support to the athletic operations department
- Complete weekly Athletic facilities walks, identifying potential facility related issues across all athletic facilities
- Submit work orders addressing facility needs
- Assist with game day facility related items including grounds crew assistance, court mopping, etc.
- Assist with laundry in equipment room
- Manual labor required including washing tennis courts, dust-blowing the track, and other duties as assigned by Athletics Facilities and Operations staff
Qualifications:- Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of sports
- Grounds crew and field lining experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as well as in indoor and outdoor environments is required.

- Enrolled at GCU as a full-time student in a Bachelor's program or Master's program.
- Retain a 2.0 GPA as a Bachelor level student or a 3.0 GPA as a Master level student.
