Primary PurposeAssist the Athletic Field Supervisor in performing necessary tasks to manage district athletic fields and synthetic grass. Actively engage in actions that contribute to the overall mission and strategic plan of Clear Creek ISD.QualificationsEducation/Certification/LicensureHigh school diploma or GED preferred.Texas driver's license and pass MVR driving record check - must meet eligibility requirements for CCISD motor vehicle insuranceSpecial Knowledge/SkillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow written and oral instructions in EnglishWorking knowledge and experience in the use and operation of all ground maintenance equipmentExperienceRequirement determined by supervisorMajor Responsibilities and Duties

Perform necessary tasks to maintain district athletic fields and synthetic grass management.

Trim, prune, and remove trees to promote growth.

Apply pesticides and pest control devices according to manufacturer's recommendations.

Must follow all safety instructions when handling chemical applications.

Perform duties as assigned with hand and power tools for athletic field maintenance.

Report any hazardous situations to supervisor.

Remove hazardous objects such as broken glass, rods, concrete, etc. from the grounds.

Participate in the district's Standard Reunification Protocol as directed by the District Incident Commander or designee.

Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communication (i.e. email, written, and verbal).

Perform other duties and accept other responsibilities as assigned.
