ANNOUNCEMENT
Southwestern Illinois College is accepting applications for the full-time administrative position of Athletic Trainer.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
In accordance with the Mission and Values of Southwestern Illinois College, this full-time position is responsible for providing athletic training services to all student athletes. This position will develop and maintain training and conditioning programs for student athletes. Additionally, the Athletic Trainer position requires certification in NATA or BOC and have a current CPR/AID First Aid certification. Must have the ability to work irregular hours and weekends.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree preferred.
2. NATA or BOC Certification is required.
3. CPR/AED/First Aid certification is required.
4. Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
5. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
STARTING PAY AND HOURS
Salary grade 2 on the Administrative Pay Scale, ranging from $44,691-55,841 per year.
