* Any combination equivalent to four years of college, or a Bachelor's Degree. National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) Certified. Possess a valid Red Cross First Aid Card and CPR Card. .

* Valid California Driver's License/printout not greater then 90 days.DMV printout must show *END* on the report. The online report will be accepted as long as it is printed from the web browser, clicking the 'print button displayed on the Driver History Report Page

* Include Three Professional References on application

* CPR/First Aid Certification
