They coordinate successful project implementation with credit union staff and associated vendors and act as a liaison between key business partners, or vendors that MAA then utilizes to perform service for credit union clients. Identifying new and changing ATM operations and payment initiatives and expanding the MAA suite of services is a key component for this position.As the ATM Operations Manager, establishing policies and security measures to safeguard information processing, managing business partnerships with third-party suppliers for competitive service, and implementing process changes to minimize costs while ensuring reliable service is crucial for this role. Staying informed on ATM system developments is also essential for enhancing MAA offerings.The ATM Operations Manager develops procedures for servicing and maintaining the MAA fleet, including account reconciliation and new installations, generates reports on fleet performance, and conducts trend analysis to address issues. This position also leads a team to manage daily reporting and balancing tasks for credit union clients.Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- Project Management Certification is required within 12 months of hire.
- A minimum of three years of experience in ATM Operations, or a relatable field required.
- Must work effectively in a Microsoft Office environment, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Work Schedule:In the role of ATM Operations Manager, the standard work schedule is Monday through Friday. There is moderate travel, primarily within Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Virginia requiring arrangements that may include both airline and car transportation. Overnight stay likely.
