Job Title: Cart Rental AgentDepartment: Golf Cart Rental #55 Reports To: Bell Captain/ Bell Services ManagerFLSA Status: HourlySummary:Provide excellent service to Members andGuests while assisting with rental of road carts and bicycles and performance of minor mechanical duties.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the following duties and responsibilities, other duties may be assigned:
- Provide exceptional service in all interactions.
- Make sure road carts and bicycles are clean and operational for daily rental
- Check carts for damage
- Pick up overdue carts and bikes
- Keep the wash bay, bike rooms, and office clean and presentable
- Handle Member/Guest complaints and requests
- The following will need to be done for the road carts and bikes
- Check headlights and brakes
- Check and water batteries
- Spray locks with WD-40
- Wash carts and bicycles
- Make sure carts and bicycles are lined up daily
- Make sure carts are charged daily
- After carts and bicycles are rented, show Members/Guests how to properly operate
- The following administrative duties will need to be done
- Creating cart reservations
- Confirming cart reservations
- Processing cart and bike charges
- Filing contracts
- Responding to emails
- Responding to voicemails
- Look-up member and guest information

- General resort/private club background are helpful
- Computer skills: Windows, MS Office, Word, Excel
- Able to communicate with people and solve problems with a minimum of delay and outside assistance
- Meet ORC standards of grooming
- Must be able to have a flexible work schedule and be available to work weekends and holidays
Education and/or Experience:Minimum High school diploma or equivalent required.Language:Must be fluent in the English language in order to communicate with members, guests and co-workers and fully understand job assignments.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Needs to have current driver's license.Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
