SALARY RANGE: $15.00 - $30.00 Hourly
BACKGROUND CHECK: Eligible candidates under final consideration for appointment to positions identified as positions of trust will be required to complete authorization for a Criminal Background Check and/or Fingerprint screening and must be successfully completed.
PROBATION: All persons, including current City employees, selected for this position must complete a mandatory 6-month probation.
CLASS DESCRIPTION
This position is located within our Bureau of Recreation, Division of Special Facilities. The attendant greets visitors upon arrival to the facility, ensuring that all are wearing a mask. The attendant will also take temperatures of all visitors, ensures that participants are remaining safe and social distancing between non-associated groups. The attendant may answer participant questions related to the facility.

* Anticipates the needs of participants and makes contact with the appropriate staff for resolution
* Manage number of participants entering to ensure capacity control
* May act as a floater throughout the facility
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a GED certificate or currently enrolled in high school between the ages of 16 and 18. *All applicants under the age of 18 must have a valid work permit.
