The Attendant is responsible for maintaining all areas of the restaurant according to established standards to ensure a positive guest experience. Some of the areas include guest dining area, Beverage Station, Breakdown stations.
- Stock and maintain beverage areas within the restaurant.
- Able to work efficiently and diligently in a fast paced work environment
- Organize and maintain all restaurant storage areas
- Consistently replenish both server stations and side stands with cleaned and polished silverware, glassware, cups, napkins etc.
- Stock and restock refrigerators with liquor, Waters, wines etc. and remove it when restaurant closes.
- Pick up daily orders when required and put away in designated areas.
- Remove food debris from dirty china, silverware, glassware, etc. and separate designated recyclable items.
- All soiled linen, china, glassware and silverware trays are to be delivered to the dish room.
- All soiled linen is to be bagged up and removed to designated area
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift, practicing clean as you go procedures
- Notify management of any maintenance repair issues
- Complete any additional reasonable requests by management
- Able to work with others to ensure Hard Rock standards of professionalism and service are met
