POSITION SUMMARY: It is the responsibility of the Parking Attendant to provide guests with assistance and excellent guest service while maintaining a consistent image. Responsible for directing patrons into open spots. Respond to guest inquiries regarding parking procedures and property information. Operates Garage Parking Control System. Maintains an acceptable appearance and treats customer and guests courteously at all times. Other related duties necessary as assigned.
- Set-up parking cones, directional signs, event signs, and other traffic direction devices as needed
- Provide traffic direction and control as needed and directed by Security Supervisor
- Work closely with other Booth Attendants, Security Officers, and other Security staff
- Perform other job related duties as required
- Devote himself/herself to insuring satisfaction to customers
- Assists guests by giving directions and answering questions in a friendly and courteous manner
- Follow lawful directions from supervisors
- Know and understand the federal, state and local requirements which govern the company's business
- Understand and follow work rules and procedures
- Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale
- Uphold the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
- Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required
- Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting PlayLV's' Company-wide culture and demonstrating Championship Service Standards at all times
- Notify Security of all disturbances as well as observe, report, document and take action as directed. Immediately notify Security of all accidents on PlayLV's premises

- One year of customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent guest service and hospitality skills.
- Strong problem solving and listening skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual abilities preferred.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Ability to multi-task several activities and duties simultaneously.
- Ability to function and act independently.
- Ability to work well with people, in a team environment, and to communicate effectively both written & oral.
- Ability to function in a fast paced environment, under short time constraints, and within established deadlines.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
WORK SCHEDULES/HOURS:
- Part-time days and hours (to be determined).
- Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
- Ability to move quickly in response to emergency situations.
- Ability to rapidly climb stairs to provide assistance during an emergency.
- Must be able to bend, lift up to 45 lbs. and to carry the weight up to 20 feet.
- Must be able to walk/stand up to 8 hours per day
WORK CONDITIONS:
- Work is typically in an area, which may be unusually hot, cold, and may be noisy.
- Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access, or in a parking lot with moving vehicles.
- Some tasks are performed from both a sitting and a non-sitting position.
- Team Members will be required to stand, walk, lift, reach, push, pull and grasp.
- Other tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area.
- Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
