**Description**

**Job Summary:** A-Team (Self-Inspector) is responsible for cleaning guest suites in an allotted time using proper procedures and chemicals provided by Management.

**Duties:**

* Willingness to accept the most effective role.

* Cleans guest rooms and guest areas including: making beds, dusting and vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, replacing supplies, cleaning windows, mirrors, and patios.

* Maintains a stocked, organized and clean housekeeping cart with sufficient supplies.

* Reports maintenance issues found in guest areas.

* Documents and secures lost and found items.

* Closes shades and draperies; turns down air conditioning and heat of unoccupied rooms.

* Assists House Attendant, including delivering guest requests and pick up of used guest items.

* Keep hallways, vending areas, and stairways clean and free of obstructions.

* Inspects clean and vacant rooms for cleanliness, supplies, maintenance problems, and temperature.

* Inspects assigned stay over rooms for cleanliness, supplies, and precautionary damage concerns.

* Ensures linen storage rooms, trash rooms, and housekeeping carts are clean, organized, and properly inventoried for next day's activities.

* Ensures combustible substances are removed from storage areas.

* Turns over all vacant and clean rooms; verifies stayovers; reports early check outs; communicates issues and discrepancies with front office.

* Attend all pertinent meetings

**Qualifications:**

* Preferred skills included conflict resolution, coaching, teamwork and time management.

* Demonstrates functional interpersonal and or oral communication skills.

* Complete knowledge and skill of room attendants and house attendants

* 90% on 100 point inspections

* Room Attendant with 30 days of service

**Physical Requirements:**

* Lift up to 35 lbs.

* Ability to bending, stretching on a regular basis

* Ability to stand and/or walk continuously during an 8 hour shift

* Pushing/Pulling of carts on carpeted surfaces up to 100 pounds

* Exposure to cleaning chemicals
