Mid to Senior-Level Associates - Corporate/Capital Markets

Competitive Compensation

The starting base salary for this position in Palo Alto is anticipated to range between $310,000 to $435,000 annually. The final salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Lead transactions across the spectrum of equity and debt capital markets, including headline-grabbing deals.
• Work on traditional capital markets transactions like IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, investment-grade debt, and more.
• Structure and execute complex capital markets transactions, including tender offers, spin-offs, and restructurings.
• Build relationships with a diverse range of public and private companies, investment banks, and private equity firms.
