Salary : $175000 - $200000Construction boutique firm seeking Construction or Commercial Litigation Attorney with 2-6 years litigation experience. Excellent writing skills a must, with well-developed skills for performing legal research, analyzing complex legal issues, preparing legal memoranda, and assisting with drafting of pleadings, briefs, affidavits, and other legal filings as well as discovery demands.The candidate will be expected to maintain client relationships and must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior appearances at court conferences and hearings a plus.
Job Requirements:Attorney should have significant experience with:
- Complex commercial litigation
- Complex brief writing
- Electronic discovery
- Legal research
- Preparing legal memoranda and assisting with drafting of pleadings, briefs, affidavits and other legal filings as well as discovery demands.
