Job Description:
The New York office of my premier law firm is growing their esteemed Private Credit practice. Applicants should have a minimum of three years of experience in private credit transactions with direct lenders, private credit funds, and other institutional investors and investment banks in corporate finance transactions, leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and recapitalization transactions.
In this role, you will be structuring and executing traditional first lien, unitranche, stretch senior, second lien and subordinated loan transactions, structured equity investments, including non-traditional preferred stock financings, and equity co-investments.
All applicants must be admitted to the New York Bar and have at least 4 years of experience in private credit transactions.
Location: New York
Compensation: $310,000 - $420,000
