Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense, general liability, commercial, and employment litigation (defense and plaintiff), handling cases from inception through trial.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling motions and trial briefs.
- Work closely with partners and clients to develop strategies that align with clients' goals and ensure favorable outcomes.
- Manage a high-volume caseload, with efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the California State Bar
- Minimum of 2 - 10 years of experience in litigation
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
