Description:

Our client is currently seeking a litigation attorney to join their team and assist with commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits.

Responsibilities Include:

• Work with clients on various matters.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents as needed.
• Support representing clients regarding legal matters and understanding laws and regulations related to their situation.
• Represent clients in trials and negotiate when needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate and admittance to practice law in NYS is required.
• 1-3 years of litigation experience required.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Previous experience with commercial and bankruptcy is preferred.
