We are seeking a skilled Attorney admitted to practice law in the State of NY to join our legal team. The ideal candidate must be admitted to the NYS Bar (not pending), have either Court experience or eager to learn court proceedings, must be willing to appear in court in the 5 boroughs, as well as Nassau & Suffolk County. We have offices located in Suffolk County (Bay shore) and NYC . This is a hybrid position with an exciting opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to contribute their knowledge and skills to our law firm.

• - Practice is concentrated in foreclosure and litigation;
• - Handling of foreclosure files including file review, legal research, drafting pleadings and representing clients in court re: settlement conferences, motions, status hearings, etc.
• -Title experience is a plus
