We are a boutique firm specializing the area of real estate law and handling both litigation and transactional matters. We are seeking an associate/of counsel to work with us and to assist in all facets of our litigation practice. The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and work closely with partners on motion work, discovery matters, legal research and trial preparation. Our primary areas of litigation are real estate litigation and commercial litigation. Responsibilities Provide legal support to clients and manage case load Maintain client relationships Coordinate efforts with associates and partners in a team environment Qualifications At least five (5) years litigation experience is required Excellent writing skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage case load and good organizational skills Salary will be commensurate with experience and will range between $130,000 to $150,000 per year.
