As an associate attorney, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal advice while maintaining a client-centered approach. Our goal is to provide high-quality legal services to our clients with the same driven passion that laid the foundation of our firm.

They maintain detailed and accurate client records and case files in a fast-paced environment. TCDG Attorneys collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement case strategies, while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
Tired of personally reviewing the hours of Discovery on each case? We have well-trained and experienced support staff who handle transcription of all videos and audio files before delivering you an organized Discovery packet with summaries. There are support staff teams who handle intake, invoicing and collections, and analyze data throughout a clients journey so that our attorneys can focus on delivering exceptional representation with the same driven passion that laid the foundation of our firm.

This position offers a competitive salary and a robust benefits package, currently including firm borne cost of premiums and deductibles for medical insurance. The firm also pays for Texas State bar dues and relevant CLE's. Salary will depend on a variety of factors including relevant experience and education.
