A Day in the Life of the Attorney:

As an Attorney, you'll be instrumental in providing top-notch legal services to some of the largest U.S. banks. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing legal documents, making remote court appearances, conducting legal research, and negotiating settlements. Your contributions will be crucial to the firm's mission to be the pre-eminent creditors-rights law firm in the country.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and approving pleadings and correspondence
• Making regular remote court appearances on behalf of clients
• Conducting legal research and writing
• Negotiating settlements and resolving matters prior to trial
• Collaborating with a high-performing legal team

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Active California Bar membership (required)
• Knowledge of California debt collection law (preferred)
• If you are located in Washington, you will work out of the Bellevue office and ONLY attend zoom hearings
• If you are in California, willingness to travel ~2 times per month to court is preferred; zoom hearings required
• Easy-going, hardworking, and a fun personality with a sense of humor
