Role Overview: Associate Attorney

We are seeking a passionate and driven Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will have the opportunity to handle cases from start to finish, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of labor and employment law. You'll work closely with our seasoned attorneys, but also enjoy the autonomy to manage your own cases, ensuring that every client receives the dedicated, personalized legal representation they deserve.

This is a hybrid position based in the San Diego, offering the flexibility of remote work while still being part of a collaborative, supportive team environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Expertise in Labor and Employment Law: You have a deep understanding of the complexities of labor and employment law, with experience providing legal counsel and conducting thorough research.
• Strong Negotiation Skills: You can effectively negotiate settlements and advocate fiercely on behalf of your clients.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: You are adept at analyzing legal issues and crafting innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Exceptional Communication: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for articulating legal arguments and engaging with clients.
• Team Player with Independence: You thrive in a collaborative environment but are also confident in your ability to work independently.
• Litigation Experience: While not required, experience in litigation is highly valued.
• California State Bar Admission: You are either admitted to the California State Bar or have the ability to become admitted.
• Educational Background: You hold a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
