Attorney with 2-5 years experience to practice in the real estate and transactional department in a fast-paced and well-established law firm. From an initially remote structure, with plans to open a physical location, the attorney will assist clients and facilitate transactions throughout Florida.

Salary will be based on experience. Senior level attorneys will be given consideration for book, however, potable clients are NOT required or expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Assist in preparation of documents and other items necessary for closing.
• Attend closings, Live & Zoom.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate leases.
• Assist clients in the evaluation and resolution of title, boundary, and related disputes.

Qualifications

• Admission to Florida Bar.
• Central Florida resident, within commuting distance of Lake Mary offices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong Academic Record for Recent Graduates.
• Basic understanding of TRID, TILA, and RESPA.
• Strong communication skills.
