Job title: Commercial Litigation Attorney

Location: Nassau County, NY

Salary: $175,000+ (Dependent on experience & skill set)

I am currently working with a well-established & thriving 50-head, Mid-sized law firm headquartered in Manhattan, who are looking to bolster their Commercial Litigation abilities across Nassau & Suffolk County. This firm deal with Real Estate law, focused on Business & Tax planning, and are recognized by winning multiple awards since inception.

This position will be instrumental in the firm's ability to continue their expansion plans across NYC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a wide range of commercial litigation cases.
• Attend court appearances, hearings, and trials in Nassau County and Suffolk County.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients.
• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including discovery and depositions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience handling cases in Nassau County and Suffolk County courts is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
