Our client, a well-established and highly respected regional law firm, is looking to add a Labor & Employment Attorney to their team in Syracuse, New York. The firm is also open to interview qualified candidates in Buffalo, Rochester or Albany, New York.

Candidates must have the following experience/credentials:

• Minimum of three years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Experience in higher education a plus, but not required.
• Strong academic credentials, including Juris Doctor degree.
• Proven ability to work directly with clients to develop and execute service strategies.
• Work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be admitted to practice law in New York State.

The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position is $110,000 to $145,000. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience, skill level and portable book of business.
