A large law firm is actively seeking an Energy & Environmental Associate Attorney to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of comprehensive experience in energy and environmental law, including, but not limited to, federal and state regulatory compliance, environmental remediation, SEQRA, permitting, and enforcement actions. Counseling in energy matters, including negotiating agreements and reviewing regulatory agency submissions, is also desired. The position calls for a proactive individual who can navigate the complexities of
environmental legislation and contribute to the firm's ongoing success in serving its clients' needs in energy and environmental matters. This role offers the flexibility to be based in the firm's Albany, Buffalo, or Syracuse office; hybrid arrangements are available for the right candidate. NY Bar admission required.
