Key Responsibilities For Associate Attorneys (Pre-Lit): Handle pre-litigation personal injury cases, managing 100 cases. Conduct case evaluations, draft demand letters, and negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and guidance. Collaborate with senior attorneys to prepare cases for litigation. Ensure timely and accurate case progression. For Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Attorney: Manage a litigation caseload of personal injury matters, including cases ready for trial. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery documents. Attend and represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials (minimal in-person travel required). Collaborate with a legal team to develop and execute case strategies. Maintain a client-centered approach while achieving favorable results. For General Counsel: Manage a litigation caseload of personal injury matters, including cases ready for trial. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery documents. Provide strategic legal guidance and oversight for the firm's operations. Supervise and mentor other attorneys, ensuring adherence to legal standards. Act as a subject matter expert in personal injury law, assisting in complex cases. Represent the firm's legal interests in internal and external matters. Preferred Experience and Skills Associate Attorneys: 2-3 years of pre-litigation experience, preferably in in personal injury; bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. PI Litigation Attorney: 3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience, including trial preparation and courtroom representation; bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred. General Counsel: Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury law; must be bilingual (English and Spanish). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently while maintaining quality. Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a focus on client service. Compensation and Benefits (All Negotiable) Associate Attorneys: Starting at $180K bonus potential (percentage of settlement fee, based on experience). PI Trial Attorney: Starting at $200K bonus potential. General Counsel: $250K - $300K bonus potential.
