Redmond Law PLLC is a full-service commercial law firm focused on serving our clients, providing an excellent work product and maintaining a collegial working environment for our staff. The Manhattan and White Plains New York offices are seeking to add an Attorney (3+ years experience) to the Commercial Litigation practice. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, proactive, have strong professional judgment, be a problem solver and have a strong work ethic.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

• JD degree required with New York Bar Admission
• Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience
• Research and drafting motions, pleadings, discovery, document review
• Construction Contract review and drafting
• Conducting commercial depositions, court appearances for motions and conferences
• Trial experience a plus
• Interact with clients and opposing counsel
• Excellent legal research, sophisticated writing ability and strong verbal communication are essential
• Proactive, resourceful and ability to work supervised and independently
• License/Certification: NYS Bar
