A dynamic law firm in Clifton Park, NY is seeking an experienced Attorney specializing in Personal Injury and General/Civil Litigation from the plaintiff side. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary, benefits and the potential for career growth within a supportive and collaborative environment.Hours and Benefits for the Attorney- Personal Injury and Civil Litigation: $100-140K+ (depending on years of experience and if bringing a Book of Business).Opportunity for additional earnings through business development!Competitive benefits package including unlimited PTO, within reason.Potential for career advancement.Hybrid work model, as needed.Varied and interesting casework opportunities.Responsibilities for the Attorney- Personal Injury and Civil LitigationLegal Expertise: Provide exceptional legal representation with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Personal Injury and General/Civil Litigation, particulary from the plaintiff side.Handle cases independently and collaboratively with the existing team.Business Development:A pre-existing book of business is desirable but not mandatory.Opportunity to earn a percentage of fees generated from brought-in business.Team Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with senior attorneys and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive case management and client satisfaction.Requirements for the Attorney- Personal Injury and Civil Litigation: 5+ years of experience with personal injury and general/civil litigation law.Hold a J.D. and be admitted to the New York State Bar.Strong organizational skills.High degree of professionalism and integrity.Willingness to travel locally to other offices as needed.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
