Description:

Comprehensive document review for business integrity and vendor responsibility

Prior experience with NYC Procurement/Contracting- Vendor Name Checks (VNC) responsibility determinations and MOCS Passport system (highly desired)

Brief/Summarize all issues contained in the VNC memo

Communicate with vendors to request timely/appropriate response to VNC issues

Legal Research & Writing

The selected consultant is required to maintain confidentiality regarding all work performed for client.

Minimum Qualifications

Admission to the NYS Bar

One year of satisfactory US legal experience subsequent to admission to any state bar.
