About Our ClientMy client is a reputable, global law firm operating on a hybrid schedule (3 days in, 2 from home) with an office in Midtown Manhattan.
Job Description- Oversees the administration of associate curricula including laterals and Counsel.
- Develop and supervise training for the Business Development Academy.
- Partners with the General Counsel's Office to design and deliver firm-wide Ethics training.
- Lead focus group meetings with New York office practice groups, gather feedback, and implement tailored programming.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members within the department.
- Facilitate and manage in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Co-lead orientation program for lateral hires and incoming associates
- Coordinate logistics for both on-site and off-site retreats.
- Managed Firm affidavits.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree (required)
- Five yeas training experience within a law firm (required)
