Let's chat and see if we are a good match!Opportunity:VSO is seeking a customer experience-driven personality to join our team as an Audio/Visual Engineer who will have the opportunity to support our Enterprise Video Services Team. The ideal candidate should be a subject matter expert with in-depth knowledge of Broadcast Video and Satellite transmission issues and trends. The ideal candidate utilizes functional area expertise gained through direct industry experience to assess the operational and functional baseline of product lines, businesses, sites, and/or operations.Qualifications:7-9 years of relevant experienceExperience with performing RF (C and Ku-band) analysis and testingExperience with management of a multitude of video sources including Standard Definition, High Definition, Ultra High Definition (UHD), and RGBExperience with maintaining Satellite antenna as well as Over the Air VHF and UHF antennaExperience with Installation and maintenance of Cable TV technology and associated technology such as encoders and decodersRequirements:Must be willing and able to work in a hybrid role and be on-site in Greenbelt, MD, 3 days a weekMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsWhat is Important to Us:You are an excellent communicator in writing and speaking.You have the ability to work independently but also value teamwork.Your problem-solving skills are excellent.You are looking for a job where performance appraisals occur regularly, and you look forward to advancing your career.You seek a community of virtue-centered co-workers and clients.What we offer you: As part of the VSO company, you will be part of a virtue-centered team who value their work and teammates.
