Primary Role: · Provide direct supervision of team members including scheduling and time keeping. · Develop, lead, and motivate technicians and operational support staff. · Conduct production meetings with sales team and ops coordinator. · Work directly with clients to ensure event success. · Create and implement SOPs to improve operational services. · Coordinate all audio & visual production for large events of over 1,000 attendees. · Maintain proper inventory levels and manage production budget. · Design, install, and maintain AV systems throughout the division · Produce 2-3 remote IPO events per week for broadcast. · Gather technical requirements for each virtual event and pre-test participants to ensure all microphones, cameras, video content, powerpoint presentations, backgrounds, and lighting needs are met. · Acquire contact information and create Zoom and Skype links for each event. Schedule all pre-testing. · Provide white glove end-user support for high profile VIP executives and attendees before, during, and after virtual events. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues for end-users on Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems. · Mix IFB's for reporters and journalists both on and off-site. · Provide on-site live event production utilizing audio, video, and lighting design. · Operate Yamaha digital consoles and provide expert room calibration and sound reinforcement skills. · Maintain a complex Dante audio network that incorporates sources from multiple rooms and floors. · Manage a large network of wireless microphone frequencies for simultaneous events in close proximity. · Operate a Crestron Xpanel for routing audio and video throughout the entire facility. · Deliver high quality audio/video feeds for webcasts at specific loudness standards. · Perform expert microphone placement and troubleshoot Powerpoint presentations remotely. · Build/operate video presentations on Analog Way Ascender, Vertige, and Aquillon digital video consoles. · Pre-test audio and video for end-users, assist faculty with specific classroom requirements (incorporating breakout rooms, screensharing, recording, headsets, external cameras etc.). · Troubleshoot A/V hardware and signal flow for conference rooms with Crestron, Shure, Polycom, Cisco and Zoom conferencing technologies. · Identify larger issues, initiate and manage the process of repair tickets with A/V service providers. · Provide direct supervision of team members including scheduling and time keeping. · Develop, lead, and motivate technicians and operational support staff. · Conduct production meetings with sales team and ops coordinator. · Work directly with clients to ensure event success. · Create and implement SOPs to improve operational services.
