Title: Audio Visual Support Specialist

Location: Louisville, KY

Shift: First Shift, Onsite, Monday - Friday

Pay: $110k-$115k

Insight Global is seeking an AV Support Specialist for an onsite opportunity in the Louisville, KY area. The AV Support Specialist is responsible for documenting existing processes for AV support and building and maintaining a new process for defining a support structure for existing AV systems. The specialist facilitates meetings to discuss end-user requirements, status, issues, planning, training, and operational needs related to facility AV systems. They maintain an equipment list with warranty and support agreement dates for each property and work with vendors and local IT teams to keep AV systems up to date and address any security vulnerabilities. This specialist collaborates with local IT and vendors for issue monitoring and quick resolution, schedules vendors in alignment with construction and vendor timelines to minimize business impact and works with businesses to identify and improve processes within the application's capabilities. They ensure the business is aware of system capabilities to better utilize available systems and are responsible for timely and complete communications between the corporate IT team, vendors, and all property staff. The specialist analyzes application needs, contributes to the design, structure, and maintenance of systems and architecture, and documents requirements, translating them into proper system specifications. They analyze business requirements to define information systems solutions for complex needs, provide user support in system and software administration, and communicate maintenance schedules, backups, and downtime to users. This is a full time, direct placement opportunity with one of the most well-established organizations in the Louisville area

Desired Skills and Experiences:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting AV systems

Ability to manage across multiple properties (through local IT teams)

Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development

Strong understanding of project and portfolio capacity management techniques

Plusses:

Project Management background or PMP

Experience in gaming applications support

Experience understanding of major business processes within Gaming industry

Experience with planning, budgeting, and standard business processes
