Role: Audio Visual Specialist

About the Role: White-glove Daily support of Client Conference Center Meetings in Conference Rooms with integrated Audio-Visual Equipment. Support of a Multipurpose/Auditorium Event space with full production Audio, Video, and Hybrid (Video Conf) equipment. Virtual Webinar & Meeting Support for events happening onsite and virtually.

Responsibilities:

• 4-5 years Audio Visual Experience
• Experience with Video Conferencing
• Experience with Hybrid Platforms (Zoom, Webex, MS Teams & others)
• Experience working in a Conference Centers or Hotels is a plus
• Experience in Video Production or Studio work is a plus
• Business professional environment experience is plus
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Teams and PowerPoint experience is preferred
• Experience with Cisco Control Hub, Polycom Manager, Triple Play, and Accruent EMS Scheduling is a plus
