We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Audiologist to join our dynamic team in Minot, where you will play a vital role in improving hearing health and patient satisfaction.

Job Summary:

As an Audiologist at Trinity Health, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audiological evaluations, diagnosing hearing disorders, and dispensing hearing aids and other auditory devices. Your expertise will ensure that patients receive tailored solutions to enhance their hearing and communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audiological assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech discrimination testing, and tympanometry.
  • Diagnose hearing disorders and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss, treatment options, and device management.
  • Dispense, fit, and verify hearing aids and assistive listening devices, ensuring proper selection and adjustment.
  • Monitor patient progress and satisfaction with hearing devices, making necessary adjustments and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay updated with advancements in audiology and participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Audiology (Au.D.) from an accredited program.
  • Licensure in Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing in North Dakota.
  • Strong clinical skills in audiological assessment and device fitting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
