Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and mentor audit staff and seniors, providing guidance, feedback, and fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
- Develop, execute, and review audit programs, working papers, and findings to ensure audit quality and compliance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance audit efficiencies and client satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships, addressing questions, concerns, and providing insights to support client objectives.
- Prepare and present audit reports and findings to clients and firm leadership.
- Stay current with changes in accounting and auditing standards, as well as relevant regulatory developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on auditing, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and SEC reporting requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
