  • Audit Partner, Commercial will provide timely, high-quality audit/attest services that meet client expectations including coordinating all aspects of audit engagements with a team of professionals
  • Build and manage client relationships while managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Manage risk and financial performance of engagements, including billing, collections, and budgeting
  • As an Audit Partner, Commercial, you will initiate and participate on pursuits of new commercial clients; Involve others in pursuits to train our next generation of rainmakers
  • Cross-sell to our client base
  • Participate in industry organizations
  • Speak and/or write on emerging topics and trends
  • Develop, motivate, and train rising talent
  • Act as a coach and mentor to other professionals, including business development activities
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting
  • CPA license
  • 12+ years of recent experience in a public accounting audit environment
  • Possess strong technical audit/attest skills with deep knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other regulatory requirements; Public company experience is a plus but not a requirement
  • A track record of building and sustaining client relationships
  • Project management and critical thinker
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written; Ability to articulate complex business and technical accounting/audit issues
  • Ability to work in a variety of commercial industries: professional services, manufacturing & distribution; Real estate experience is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable.
