Conducting thorough and detailed audits of client's financial statements and providing valuable insights.2. Ensuring client's adhere to tax laws and compliance.3. Leading and managing client engagement projects with various stakeholders and maintaining strong relationships with clients, team members, and company executives.4. Identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and developing corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.5. Collaborating with internal and external departments to streamline audit processes and enhance the quality of financial reporting.6. Staying abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation to ensure the client's financial operations remain compliant.7. Providing training and guidance to junior staff members, fostering a supportive and efficient team environment.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Audit Senior Associate position should possess the following qualifications:1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification would be a plus.2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing and taxation, preferably in a similar role.3. Proven experience with client engagement projects and stakeholder management.4. Strong knowledge of audit and tax regulations, financial reporting, and general accounting principles.5.
