Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Audit Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing valuable insights to our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of auditing principles and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion
- Conduct financial statement audits in accordance with GAAP
- Review and assess internal controls and operational processes
- Prepare and review audit documentation and reports
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in audit or assurance services
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
- Experience with financial statement reviews and compilations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
