Capital One is seeking an energetic, self-motivated Audit Senior Manager interested in becoming part of our Audit Practices team.
Responsibilities include:
Responsible for leading the coordination and execution of key quality assurance reviews, including providing major input to planning and testing, as well as identification, development, and documentation of exceptions related to quality assurance reviews.Deliver verbal and written communication to the audit teams and audit leadership.Establish and maintain effective relationships with audit teams and audit leadership.Support the implementation of the team's strategic imperatives/priorities.Design and execute best-in-class operational processes and improvement initiatives of moderate complexity for the quality assurance and improvement program.Manage direct reports and staff during audit engagements and provide feedback on work performed.Provide training and coaching to audit team members during quality assurance reviews as applicable.Work independently under general supervision, and can exercise latitude for initiative and independent judgment.Here's what we're looking for in an ideal teammate:

Bachelor's Degree or military experience.At least 7 years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial analysis, or a combination.At least 5 years of experience leading audits and performing in the role of auditor-in-charge.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Auditing, Accounting, Information Systems, or MBA.Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).10+ years of experience in Banking or in the financial services industry.This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend 3 days per week in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting.
