Audit StaffThis job is open to Hybrid work. As an audit staff, you'll design and execute audit procedures based on your understanding of the client's business, the risks it faces, and its internal control processes. You'll gain exposure to a variety of industries and businesses to increase your understanding of how organizations operate.Responsibilities for Audit Staff
- Gain understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives and utilize that knowledge on engagements
- Audit transaction cycles, including, but not limited to, cash, investments, capital expenditures, liabilities, income, and expenses.
- Research and analyze financial statements and audit and tax related issues utilizing electronic databases and employ audit software to review and compile financial information to resolve client issues discovered during the audit.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clients to enhance client satisfaction and work with client management and staff at all levels to perform services successfully.
- Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis.
Qualifications for Audit Staff
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in accounting
- 0-3 years of Public Accounting experience.
