This role is onsite and offers hands-on experience in financial audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and conducting financial audits
  • Perform audit procedures to test financial data, systems, and controls
  • Prepare audit workpapers and financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Identify and communicate audit findings and areas of improvement to senior staff
  • Support clients with regulatory compliance and reporting
  • Work closely with the audit team and clients to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits
Must-Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 0-2 years of audit or accounting experience (internships included)
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and audit principles
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines
Highly Preferred:
  • Previous experience in public accounting or CPA firm
  • CPA eligible or actively pursuing CPA certification
  • Exposure to industries like Real Estate, Healthcare, or Manufacturing
