Helping Hands Family (HHF) provides ABA services in our clinics, in family homes, and in the community. Our mission is to provide personalized autism services to every patient.
Our Fellowship position is one of the few that offers paid supervision hours through a structured clinical program. Our BCBA Fellows provide one-on-one care through ABA behavior interventions to teach communication, practice daily living skills, and encourage positive behaviors. Fellows will be eligible to complete unrestricted activities, as defined by the BACB, to help meet requirements to sit for the BCBA exam.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
? Enrolled or graduated from a BACB approved Masters or Certification Program. To meet HHF's criteria: Program
must have BACB reported exam pass rate of 60% of higher for 3 consecutive years OR be ABAI/APBA accredited program.
? Pass the RBT exam within 30 days of employment (if not already certified)
? Must be active RBT for 60 days with HHF
? Strong verbal and written communication for speaking with clients families and recording session notes.
