Job Description:

Little Stars Therapy Services (LSTS) is seeking a dedicated Autism Specialist to join our team and help provide high-quality support and interventions to individuals with ASD and related developmental disabilities.   • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Conduct assessments to track progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers, equipping them with strategies to help their loved ones succeed at home and in the community.
  • Stay current with research and advancements in the field of autism intervention.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field (required).
  • Certification in ABA or other relevant credentials (e.g., BCaBA, BCBA) is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
