We provide evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children ages 2+ and supportive services for their families and caregivers. We currently have two clinics in Cary, one in Raleigh and one in Holly Springs. We Offer: A nationally recognized certification Full benefits for full-time employees Flexible Schedules Competitive pay rates Support and guidance for career advancement Continuing education Opportunities to learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts Professional growth RBT Job Duties: Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to clients in both home and center-based settings Run skill acquisition programs with clients based on the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis Complete daily program writing and data collection before the end of each shift Work with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans Collect and accurately record data on clients' progress Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma; Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred A minimum of one (1) years experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with special needs Strong preference for candidates who already possess the RBT certification Must be caring, energetic, and detail-oriented Driver's License and reliable transportation Physical Requirements: Ability to lift.carry up to a maximum of 50 lb and remain standing for up to 4 hours Must be able to remain within close proximity to children at all times for safety Ability to get up and down from the floor independently Other Requirements: Successful completion of criminal history background check and drug testing Excellent communication skills Ability to work with a variety of individuals in different settings Pay: Starting at $18 per hour based on experience Schedule: Hours available between 9am - 6pm Monday through Saturday with preference given to those available to work between 12:30pm - 5:30pm.
