**Auto Body Technician | $15-$30/hr DOE**
Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; OT available but not required; No Weekends
Love working on vehicles? A family-owned auto body shop that has served the Cherokee and surrounding area for 32 years is expanding and adding multiple additions to their shop. They are looking for experienced auto body techs as well as people new to the industry that are eager to train and learn the profession. There are multiple steps in the repair process and they are looking to fill or add to all areas. They are a an ICAR Gold Class repair shop and provide hands-on shop training as well as the yearly ICAR training. If you have ANY interest in getting into the automotive industry this is the place for you!
**Responsibilities to include:**
+ Blueprinting repairs
+ Disassembling and reassembling of vehicles and/or parts
+ Checking in vehicles and new parts
+ Repairing or replacing sheet metal
+ Welding new panels
+ Sanding, prepping, masking, painting, polishing
+ Performing calibrations
+ Inspecting completed parts and/or repairs
+ Washing and detailing vehicles
+ Completing final checklists
**Requirements:**
+ Eagerness to learn different aspects of auto body repair
+ Mechanical or Painting experience a plus
+ I-Car classes a plus

+ $15-$30/hr DOE
