Job Summary:Brad Deery Motors Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team in Maquoketa, Iowa. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. The role involves repairing and restoring damaged vehicles, ensuring they meet high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional auto body repair services.Compensation & Benefits:The compensation for this position is $20 to $30 per hour and will be paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicles and services.Responsibilities:•Repair and restore damaged vehicles using various tools and techniques•Conduct thorough inspections to assess the extent of damage and create a detailed repair plan•Remove damaged parts and replace them with new ones•Repair dents, scratches, and other imperfections on vehicle surfaces•Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment when working with hazardous materials•Utilize computerized systems to track progress and ensure accurate repairs•Communicate with customers and provide updates on repair progress•Maintain a clean and organized work environmentRequirements:•High school diploma or equivalent•Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician•Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and materials•Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and diagrams•Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills•Excellent communication and customer service skills•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines•Valid driver's license and clean driving record•Must have own set of toolsEEOC Statement:Brad Deery Motors Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
