Description of the role:The Auto Dealer Parts Counter Person at Michael Hohl Chevrolet GMC is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their parts needs. This role requires strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in determining their parts needs and provide accurate and timely information
- Order, receive, and inspect incoming parts, ensuring their quality and accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory of parts and accessories
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with other team members to meet customer requirements
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty claims in a professional and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date with new products and industry trends
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environment
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately process and track orders
- Proficient computer skills
